Analysis of specialty food companies showed us two gaps in the industry:
- There were few options for organic condiments
- There were even fewer options for condiments that omitted processed sugars and high fructose corn syrup.
Focusing on the two most popular condiments, ketchup and mustard, we recommended replacing high fructose corn syrup with honey to create a new and unique standard that would help set the company apart from its competition.

Pulling in the company’s focus to highlight two popular products while adding a healthy twist helped increase manufacturing efficiencies and decrease overall costs while maintaining the high quality that their customers had grown to expect.
